What Bella Rae Doing?

So today we packed up and headed on a road trip with Honey and Pops to see sweet little Bella Rae.  Sophia did great the whole ride, there and back.  Once we got closer to Longview Sophia kept asking Honey, “What Bella Rae doing?”  She was very concerned about what “her” Bella Rae was doing.

Once we got to Longview we stopped at the hotel to see Matt, Lindsay (on a side note, a big congrats to Matt and Lindsay on their engagement, we couldn’t be happier for them) and Bella Rae.  We hung out for a bit, then headed to lunch, a small trip to Target, and then off to the park.

The girls were adorable together.  Bella Rae is getting so big.  She is almost the same size as Sophia.  I think that Sophia is just about an inch taller than Bella Rae. 

The girls had such a great time together.

Happy 1st Birthday Patrick and Molly

Today was Patrick’s 1st birthday party.  Both Patrick and Molly were born on April 13th 2010.   And today was Patrick’s Star Wars party.

Sophia was a bit shy at first.

Molly learning to walk and then taking a few steps on her own.   Happy Birthday sweet Molly… we won’t be able to make her party since we are headed to Longview to see sweet Bella Rae next weekend.

Mmmm Ice Cream

After playing at the park with Daddy they stopped to get ice cream! And of course she just ate the cone! Too funny!!!

At the beach???

No... Just at the lake.

Sophia kept saying we were at the beach. I was so impressed she remembered the beach from last summer in Florida!

Sophia loved watching the "waves" roll in. Once Bubba got in the water, Sophia followed right behind him.

Lunch with the DeHaven's

Sunday my mom and I met my cousin and his wife and their kids for lunch at Uncle Julios. We enjoyed our last day of Spring Break with family on the patio with beautiful weather.

Play-date with the Erickson's

For 2 years now we've been planning a play-date with my mom's good friend Karen's daughter Paige and her little girl Caroline. Well we finally got together and had a wonderful time. Sophia and Caroline played with their grandmas, made Easter cookies and I got in some baby time with Paige and her son Miles! We even headed to lunch at McDonalds!
