On the morning of November 2, 2011, we got up on our last day as a family of three, ate a yummy breakfast… well Zach and Sophia did, packed up the car and all of Sophia’s stuff to stay at Grandma and Grandpa’s for a few days. After we got Sophia all settled in at Grandma and Grandpa’s, we headed up to the hospital to get checked in. Once we got all settled my mom brought Sophia up to see us.
At about 5:30 they were ready to take me back for the c-section. WE WERE SUPER EXCITED TO MEET OUR NEWEST ADDITION.
Sophia meeting Jack for the first time. She was so super excited. She said, “Mommy, I want him!” Then she tried to pick him up and hold him.
The next few pictures of our stay at the hospital. It amazes me how much I already love my little man. He is such a wonderful baby. And I know that Sophia is going to be a great big sister.
Our last morning at the hospital. Sophia and my mom came to meet us so that Sophia could ride home with us. We also had a little brother for Sophia to take home as well, she especially loved the diaper bag full of baby doll necessities.
Jack all settled in at home.
