Where did the time go? I can't believe that I have a 6 month old baby!!
You are so amazing and beautiful. You are already doing so much, you teach me something new everyday. Yes, you teach me... you are my greatest gift.
Things you do at 6 months old!!
- Your eyes are a blue-gray and sometimes green
- You crawl everywhere
- You have learned to crawl over objects
- You prefer to sit on the hard wood floor not the blanket we have for you
- You love the cat, Gwen, you get super excited when you see her, but she is not sure about you
- you even like Maverick and you giggle when he licks you
- You are still wearing your 3-6 month clothes
- You are still in a size 2 diaper
- Mommy and Daddy had to lower your bed to the third notch (only one more to go) because you have discovered pulling yourself up in the crib
- you still have a 6 oz bottle every 3 hours
- you eat breakfast and dinner, lunch coming soon!
- you like prunes, pears, apples, squash, sweet potatoes, rice, oatmeal made with juice or water
- you do NOT like frozen green beans, but you do like canned green beans, bananas, oatmeal made with formula
- you have a very determined personality... you see something that you want and you are determined to get it
- you are a mommy's girl thus far... but I predict that in a year you will be a total Daddy's girl
- you take two 1-2 hour naps a day
- you sleep from 7-7 (which is fabulous)
- you love to go swimming
- and most of all you love to be with your mommy and daddy
